how to delete saved videos

Remove videos from your shared video library so they're no longer available to insert into proposals.
Saved videos live in your shared library and can be reused across proposals. When a video is outdated or no longer relevant, master and admin users can remove it directly from the library.
Open your dashboard
Log in as a master or admin user and go to your dashboard.
Standard users won’t see the library controls. If you don’t have access, ask a master or admin on your team to delete the video for you.
Open the library menu
In the top bar, next to your profile and the gear icon, click the folder icon. A dropdown opens with options to edit Images, Videos, Documents, Sections, and Templates.
Select Videos
Click Videos from the dropdown to open your saved video library.
Find the video to delete
Navigate to the video you want to remove.
Delete the video
Hover over the video and click the trash can icon in the top right corner of the thumbnail to delete it.
Deleting a video removes it from the library for everyone on your account. Any proposal that already references the video may be affected, so confirm it’s safe to remove before deleting.
Once deleted, the video will no longer appear in your library or be available to insert into new proposals.
