How to Copy Room Blocks and Pricing Tables for Sales Proposals
By Declan · Updated May 2026
Reuse complex room blocks and pricing tables from past proposals by saving them to your Company Library and dropping them into any new SendSite.
When a teammate has already built the perfect room block or pricing table in another proposal, there’s no reason to rebuild it from scratch. Use your Company Library as a bridge to copy the entire section into your current SendSite, then tailor it to your new client.
Open the source proposal
Navigate to the existing proposal — or a template built by a teammate — that contains the room block or pricing table you want to reuse.
Save the section to your library
Hover over the section, click the settings icon, and choose Save Section. Give it a recognizable name like “Room Block — 70 guests” so you can find it later.
Name sections by their use case, not the client. “Standard group rate table” travels better than “Acme Corp pricing.”
Open your new proposal
Switch over to the SendSite you’re currently drafting for your new lead.
Add the saved section
Scroll to where you want the table to appear, click Add Section, and choose Browse Company Library. Search for the name you saved, select it, and the full table drops into your layout.
Tailor the details
Click into any cell to update guest counts, contract rates, room types, or dates to match your new client. To remove rows you don’t need — unused room categories or package add-ons — highlight them and delete.
What changes (and what doesn’t)
The imported section is an independent copy. Edits you make in the new proposal won’t affect the original proposal or the library version. If you want the updated version available for future reuse, save it back to the library under a new name.
