how to delete a saved section

Remove a saved section from your organization's library so it's no longer available when building proposals.
Saved sections live in your organization’s shared library. Master and admin users can delete any section that’s no longer needed so your team doesn’t reuse outdated content in proposals.
Open your dashboard
Log in as a master or admin user and go to your Dashboard.
You’ll only see the library controls in the next step if you’re signed in with master or admin permissions.
Open the library menu
In the top bar, next to Switch Profile and the gear icon, click the folder icon. A dropdown opens with Images, Videos, Documents, Sections, and Templates.
Click Sections
Select Sections from the dropdown to open your organization’s saved sections.
Find the section you want to delete
Scroll through the library or use the search field to locate the section.
Click the trash can icon
Hover over the section’s thumbnail. A toolbar appears across the top — click the trash can icon in the top-right corner of the section to delete it.
Deleting a saved section removes it from the library for everyone in your organization. Existing proposals that already use the section are not affected.
Confirming the section is gone
Once deleted, the section is removed from the Sections tab and will no longer appear as an option when building new proposals or templates.
