How to Add Threshold360 Virtual Tours
By Declan · Updated May 2026
Embed interactive Threshold360 360-degree virtual tours directly into your SendSites proposals so planners can explore meeting spaces and guest rooms without leaving the page.
Threshold360 virtual tours give planners an immediate sense of your space — room dimensions, lighting, layout flow — right inside the proposal. Here’s how to drop one in.
Add a Virtual Tour block
Open the proposal section you want to update and open the block menu. Choose Virtual Tour from the available layout elements.
Select Threshold360 as the provider
In the configuration modal, open the provider dropdown and select Threshold360.
The same dropdown supports other approved providers like Matterport and Skyview, so you can mix tour sources across a proposal.
Paste the tour URL
Copy the Threshold360 tour link for the property, meeting room, or venue you want to feature, then paste it into the URL field.
Update and personalize
Click Update. The 360-degree viewer renders inline immediately. Add supporting copy above or below the viewer to guide the planner — for example, a short caption pointing out the ballroom’s pre-function space.
If you’re sending a citywide or multi-property proposal, consider using a map-based tour cluster. You can pin multiple Threshold360 tours to a single interactive map so planners can click between the convention center, nearby hotels, and restaurants without leaving the proposal.
Confirming it works
Preview the proposal as a recipient would see it. The tour should load inline and respond to click-and-drag — planners shouldn’t be redirected to an external tab. If the viewer doesn’t render, double-check that you pasted the full Threshold360 share URL and not a thumbnail or preview link.
