How to Add a Custom Google Map to a SendSite

Go to https://www.google.com/mymaps and select Create a New Map. Give the map a name, then add the locations you want to feature. You can organize places into layers, customize markers, and add descriptions for each pin.

Before embedding, make sure the map is viewable by anyone with the link. Open the map menu and adjust the sharing settings so your SendSite recipients can access it.

Click preview to open the map in preview mode and select share then Embed on my site. Copy the embed link or code Google provides.

Open the SendSite where you want the map to appear and add a new section. Select Virtual Tour as the section type.

Click the gray media area inside the new section to open its settings. When asked to select a provider, choose Other Media Embed.

Paste the Google Maps embed link or code into the provided field and click Update. Your custom map will now appear directly inside the SendSite.

Update the section title and add a description to explain what the map shows or point viewers toward important locations. Preview the SendSite to confirm the map loads and can be explored correctly before sending.
