How to Use New Section Types in SendSites [Logo & Headline]

By Declan · Updated May 2026

Use the built-in Logo and Headline starter sections to add clean, on-brand structure to your proposals without rebuilding elements from scratch.

The Logo and Headline sections are part of SendSites’ Starter Sections library, so you no longer need to build cover headers or section breaks by hand or copy them from older templates. This article walks through both.

Add a Logo section

The Logo section is designed for the top of a proposal — it pairs your property or company logo with header metadata to form a clean cover.

Insert the Logo section

In your SendSite, click Add a Section and select Logo from the starter sections menu.

Fill in your header details

Click into the text container and add the details you want on the cover — typically the company name, a client subtitle, and meeting or event dates.

Add your logo image

Click the placeholder image frame to open your library, then select an existing logo or click Add New to upload one from your computer. Save to anchor the logo alongside your header text.

Tip

Upload a transparent PNG so the logo sits cleanly against any background color you use on the cover.

Add a Headline section

The Headline section is a lightweight visual break you can drop anywhere in a proposal to introduce a new topic or separate dense content.

Insert the Headline section

Click Add a Section and choose Headline from the starter sections menu.

Place it where you need a break

Use the drag handle to move the headline between sections — for example, between a pricing block and a local activities block, or before a contract section.

Type your headline text

Click into the headline field and type the text you want, such as Welcome or Your Event at a Glance. The text automatically picks up your brand’s title font and spacing, so it stays on-brand wherever you place it.

Confirming it looks right

Preview the proposal once both sections are in place. The Logo section should sit at the top with your branding and header metadata aligned, and any Headline sections should break up the body in your brand’s title typography.
