How to Add a Virtual Tour Section in SendSites [Threshold 360]

By Declan · Updated May 2026

Embed a Threshold 360 virtual tour into a SendSites proposal or template so buyers can explore your spaces in an interactive 360-degree view.

A Threshold 360 virtual tour gives event planners an interactive look at your spaces without cluttering the proposal. Here’s how to drop one into any SendSite or template.

Add the Virtual Tour section

In the proposal editor, click Add a Section and choose the Virtual Tour block.

Copy your Threshold 360 link

Open your Threshold 360 tour in another browser tab and copy the full view URL straight from the address bar.

Tip

Grab the link directly from the browser bar rather than a share menu — it’s the most reliable format for embedding.

Select Threshold 360 as the provider

Back in SendSites, click into the new Virtual Tour block. From the Virtual Tour Provider dropdown, select Threshold 360.

Paste the link and update

Paste your tour URL into the link field and click Update. The interactive viewer loads directly inside your proposal layout.

Customize the look

Once the viewer is embedded, you can shape the surrounding content to match the rest of the proposal:

  • Section title: Rewrite the default heading to name the specific space, for example Grand Ballroom 360° Tour.
  • Description: Use the text field beneath the viewer for dimensions, capacities, or setup notes — or delete it entirely for a cleaner, more visual layout.

Confirming it works

Preview the SendSite and click into the embedded tour. If it loads and you can pan around the space, you’re done — the recipient will see the same interactive experience when they open the proposal.
