How to Add Visiting Media TrueTours in SendSites Proposals

Embed interactive Visiting Media TrueTours into your proposal so buyers can explore ballrooms, guest rooms, and event spaces without leaving the page.
Visiting Media TrueTours let prospective buyers virtually walk your property, check ballroom setups, and gauge guest room spacing right inside the proposal. Here’s how to add a tour to a SendSite.
Add a Virtual Tour section
In the proposal editor, click Add a Section and choose Virtual Tour from the block menu.
Grab your tour link from Visiting Media
Open Visiting Media in a separate tab and navigate to the venue or space you want to feature. Either copy the browser URL from the address bar or use the Share Link option inside the interface to grab the direct gallery link.
If you want to feature multiple areas of the property — say, a restaurant and a boardroom — navigate to each space individually before copying. Each area has its own unique URL.
Select Visiting Media as the provider
Back in the proposal editor, click inside the new virtual tour container and pick Visiting Media from the Virtual Tour Provider dropdown.
Paste the URL and update
Paste your copied link into the text field and click Update. The tour will load into the viewer frame inside your proposal.
Customize the section copy
Rename the section header to match your property branding and edit or remove the supporting description text alongside the viewer.
Preview to test the tour
The 360° navigation won’t be interactive on the edit screen. Click the Preview icon to experience the tour the way your client will see it.
This is the same view your recipient gets, so use Preview to confirm the tour loads on the correct space before sending.
Adding multiple tours
To showcase distinct areas separately — for example, a restaurant layout in one section and a boardroom in another — add a Virtual Tour section for each space and paste the matching sub-link into each one. This keeps each tour aligned with the section of the proposal it supports.
