How do I know if my client views the SendSite

Updated April 2026

How to track visits and activity on your SendSite.

Go to the dashboard

Open your dashboard to view your SendSites.

Look for the Visited indicator

When a client opens your SendSite, a Visited check will appear next to it.

Tip

Visited means the SendSite has been opened. This is the primary signal that your content has been seen.

View detailed activity

Click the down arrow to expand the SendSite and open the activity panel.

From there, you can see details about how the page was used.

Enable or manage notifications

Click the bell icon on a SendSite to receive notifications when there is activity.

You can turn notifications off by unchecking the bell.

Tip

You can enable automatic notifications in your profile settings. Notifications are also controlled per SendSite using the bell icon. For SendSites shared broadly (such as landing-style pages), visits may not be tied to a specific person, so you may choose to turn notifications off.
