How to Pull in a Booking from Delphi or Salesforce into SendSites

By Declan · Updated May 2026

Connect your Delphi or Salesforce account to SendSites and import live room blocks and event agendas directly into a proposal.

If your property runs on Amadeus Delphi or a Salesforce-based hospitality CRM, you can pull booking data — guest room blocks, meeting agendas, rates — straight into a proposal instead of retyping it. Here’s how to wire up the import.

Confirm your CRM connection

Click your profile picture in the upper-left corner of the dashboard and open your profile settings. Check that your Delphi / Salesforce Account is marked as connected before you start building.

Note

If the account shows as disconnected, reconnect it from this page before continuing — the import options won’t appear in the editor otherwise.

Add a container block to your proposal

Open the proposal you’re working on, or start a new one. Drag a Text Block Section (or another layout placeholder) onto the page where you want the booking data to appear.

Open the CRM booking selector

Click inside the container block to bring up the editing toolbar, then click the Delphi Icon. A dropdown opens showing your active booking folder queue pulled live from your CRM. Click the booking you want to import.

Choose what to import and insert

Pick the data you want on the page:

  • Agenda — meeting space layouts, times, and setups.
  • Room Block — peak room counts, room types, and rates.
  • Both — agenda and room block, back to back.

If you’re pulling a room block, choose Compact for a summary view or Long Version for the full grid. Click insert and SendSites lays the data matrix into the page for you.

Warning

The imported table is a snapshot of your CRM data at the moment of insertion. If you later change room allocations, rates, or meeting times in Delphi or Salesforce, those updates will not sync back to the proposal automatically.

Refreshing data after CRM changes

To pull updated data into the proposal, delete the existing table block, click the Delphi Icon in the block toolbar again, and re-import. The new version will reflect the current state of the booking in your CRM — make this a habit before sending a revised proposal to a planner.
