How to View User Usage Reports
By Declan · Updated June 2026
Track team production, audit live proposal URLs, and delegate reporting access using the Admin reporting tools in SendSites.
Admin reporting tools give you a team-wide view of proposal output, visitor engagement, and brand consistency across your sales organization. This article walks through accessing the leaderboard, auditing live proposals, and delegating reporting access to managers.
Open the Team Leaderboard report
From your main dashboard, look for the Statistics/Leaderboard Icon in the top-right corner. This icon is only visible to users with admin permissions enabled.
Click it to open the reporting panel. The default view is the Leaderboard Report, which shows a scannable team-wide breakdown of total live proposals created per user and total visitor clicks across those proposals.
Use the Date Range Selector at the top of the panel to filter by sales quarter, monthly cycle, or a custom interval.
Audit live proposals with Usage Reports
To move beyond aggregate stats and review the actual proposals your team is sending, switch to the Usage Reports tab inside the reporting panel.
This view lists the live proposals deployed by every user, which makes it useful for brand audits — confirming that sales reps are using current logos, approved language, and up-to-date legal terms across their proposals.
To audit a specific team member, select their name from the user dropdown and click Load Report. SendSites will return an active list of their live proposal URLs. Clicking any line item opens that proposal in a new browser tab so you can visually verify layout and content.
Usage Reports is read-only. You can view and inspect any team member’s live proposals from this console, but you cannot edit or modify another user’s proposal directly from the reporting panel.
Grant reporting access to a manager
If you want to give a sales director or branch manager access to reporting without making them a full admin, use the per-user permissions panel.
Open system settings
Click the Gear Icon in the top-right ribbon of the admin dashboard to open the settings menu.
Select the target user
Go to the Users tab and click the profile card for the teammate you want to update.
Open Key Permissions
Inside their profile, click Key Permissions to display the individual authorization toggles for that user.
Enable reporting access
Switch on Can view user performance reports and save your changes. The user now has access to the leaderboard and Usage Reports without any other admin privileges.
This permission is scoped to reporting only — it does not grant the user the ability to edit other teammates’ proposals or change account settings.
Once enabled, the manager will see the Statistics/Leaderboard Icon in their own dashboard the next time they log in, with the same leaderboard and Usage Report views available to admins.
