Connect Amadeus (Delphi FDC) to SendSites: Import Room Blocks & Agendas
By Declan · Updated May 2026
Link your Salesforce-backed Delphi FDC account to SendSites, then pull room blocks and meeting agendas directly into your proposals.
Connecting Delphi FDC to SendSites lets you pull booking details — room blocks, meeting agendas, rates — straight from Salesforce into your proposals. The connection is set per user, so each member of your sales team authenticates their own profile once.
Open your profile settings
Log into SendSites, click your username or avatar in the top-right corner, and select My Profile from the dropdown.
Find the Integrations section
Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings page. You’ll see the Integrations section with Delphi.fdc listed as an available connection.
Authenticate with Salesforce
Click Connect your Delphi.fdc account. A Salesforce login window will open. Enter your Salesforce credentials, complete two-factor authentication if required, and click Allow to grant SendSites access.
Once connected, the button label changes to Disconnect your Delphi.fdc account, confirming the integration is live.
Open a proposal to import into
From your dashboard, click New and choose the proposal template you want to work in. The editor will open.
Import a room block
Scroll to the Room Block content block and click inside it to enter editing mode. Click the Import booking from Delphi.fdc icon on the editing toolbar, then select the booking you want to pull from. Choose Room Block as the import mode, then pick a Compact layout (a tight matrix of room types and rates) or a Long layout (a day-by-day breakdown). SendSites will generate a client-ready table with your room types, daily blocks, and contracted rates.
Import a meeting agenda
Scroll to the Meeting Agenda content block and click to edit. Click the same Import booking from Delphi.fdc toolbar icon, select your booking, and choose Agenda as the import mode. A schedule matrix will populate with dates, times, function names, rooms, setups, and rental figures pulled from Delphi.
Modify the imported data
Imported tables are static — they’re not live-linked back to Salesforce, so you can edit them freely without affecting your source contract data. Type directly into any cell to adjust room names, times, or rates. Use the table formatting bar to add rows for custom notes (like an ADA rooms line) or delete rows you don’t want the client to see.
Because edits here don’t sync back to Delphi, you can tailor the presentation to the client without worrying about overwriting your booking record.
Preview before sending
Once your room block and agenda are dialed in, preview the proposal to confirm everything renders cleanly, then generate the share link for your client.
If the Salesforce login window doesn’t appear or your booking isn’t showing up in the import search, contact support and we’ll help confirm your Delphi permissions.
