How to Use SendSites with Simpleview [Granicus CRM Integration]

By Declan · Updated May 2026

Pull live property data from your Simpleview CRM directly into SendSites proposals, no manual copy-paste required. Here's how to add and configure Simpleview Listings.

If your DMO runs on Simpleview CRM, you can pull property listings straight into a SendSites proposal instead of copying details by hand. The integration keeps images, descriptions, capacities, and contact info in sync with your CRM, so every proposal goes out with accurate, current data.

Add a Simpleview Listings section

Open the proposal you want to edit. Click Add Section and choose Simpleview Listings from the dropdown.

Choose your layout

In the configuration window, pick where images should sit relative to each listing — left, right, or left-right alternating. Check Show description if you want each property’s CRM bio to pull through. Click Apply.

Tip

Left-right alternating reads well when you’re featuring four or more properties in a row.

Filter by region and category

Use the Region filter (for example, Downtown) and Category filter (Hotels, Other Meeting Venues, Restaurants) to narrow the list down to the properties relevant to this proposal.

Select the specific listings

Click into the Listings field. A filtered list of live accounts from your Simpleview CRM appears. Select the properties you want to feature and click Apply.

Personalize the imported content

SendSites renders each listing with images, descriptions, website links, contact info, and a structured capacity grid (room counts, suites, meeting spaces, total square footage) for hotels and venues. Click into any text block to add planner-specific notes or tags like “Best Option for Your Group.” Your edits stay inside the proposal and never touch the source CRM data.

Note

Edits made inside the proposal are local to that SendSite. To update a property everywhere, change it in Simpleview and the next proposal you build will reflect it.

Tip

Build a template proposal with a Simpleview Listings section already configured for your most common region and category combinations. Sales managers can duplicate it and just swap the selected listings for each RFP.

Confirming it worked

You’ll know the integration is pulling correctly when each selected property renders with its current hero image, description, capacity table, and website link — all matching what’s in Simpleview. If a field looks empty or outdated, the fix is usually in the CRM record itself rather than in SendSites.

If listings aren’t appearing in the dropdown or capacity data isn’t pulling through, contact support and we’ll check your Simpleview connection.
