How to access your SendSites account.
Open the SendSites login page
SendSites runs in two regions, and your account lives in one of them:
- Americas & Asia-Pacific — https://app.sendsites.com
- Europe, Middle East & Africa — https://app.eu.sendsites.com
You can reach either one from https://sendsites.com by clicking Login in the top navigation and choosing your region, or by going straight to the address above.
Not sure which region you’re on? Your administrator chose it when your account was created, so it may not match where you’re based. If one address doesn’t recognize your email, try the other — and once you’ve picked, the site remembers it for next time.
Enter your email and password
Sign in with your SendSites email and password to access your account.
If you’re unsure of your password, use Forgot password on the login screen to reset it instead of attempting to log in multiple times — repeated failed attempts can lock your account.
