SendSites follows a simple, repeatable flow. Once you understand the flow, you understand how to use the platform.

The basic flow

Most work in SendSites follows this sequence:

  • Start on the dashboard
  • Create a SendSite
  • Edit and customize the content
  • Send it as a link
  • Track engagement

That’s the core loop you’ll use every day.

Dashboard

The dashboard is your starting point.

This is where you:

  • see all of your SendSites
  • access recent work
  • track activity and engagement

If you’re looking for something you’ve already created, you’ll find it here.

Create and edit

When you create a SendSite, you’ll work from a template.

You can then edit and customize the content to match your client or meeting planner.

You’re not starting from scratch. Templates and reusable content help you move quickly.

Send

When you’re ready, you send your SendSite as a link.

Because it’s link-based, you can share it through any channel, including email, SMS, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp.

Track

After sending, you can track engagement directly from the dashboard.

You’ll be able to see when your client views the SendSite and review activity details.
