How do I set up my profile

How to access and update your profile information in SendSites.
Open your profile
You can open your profile in two ways:
- Go to Settings and click the Profile tab
- Or click your avatar from anywhere in the platform
Update your profile information
Add or update the details that appear on every SendSite you send:
- profile photo
- name and title
- company and contact information
- social links
This information is shown to your client so they can see who they’re working with — adding a photo and accurate contact details helps connect your content to a real person and improves engagement.
Use a square image for your profile photo for best results, and keep your contact information up to date.
We recommend checking the Visit Notifications box to automatically get notified by email when a SendSite is visited. You can always mute notifications individually on the Dashboard.
