Why can't I log in and how to fix it

The most common reasons you can’t log in and what to do to regain access.
If you’re having trouble logging in, it’s usually due to a lockout or an incorrect password. Work through the steps below to regain access.
Your account is locked
If you attempt to log in multiple times with the wrong password, your account may be temporarily locked.
Fix: Contact support to have your account unlocked. This cannot be resolved from the login screen.
You entered the wrong password
If you’re unsure of your password, avoid repeated login attempts, which can trigger a lockout.
Fix: Use the Forgot password option on the login screen to reset your password before trying again.
Tip: avoid lockouts
If you’re not confident in your password, use Forgot password instead of attempting to log in multiple times. This helps prevent your account from being locked.
