How to update your hero header

Because of this, hero headers are managed by Customer Success rather than edited directly in the platform.

Fix: Contact Customer Success to request an update to your hero header.

What to include

To speed things up, include:

• the image or video you’d like to use
• any preferences for layout or presentation
