If you’re unable to change the hero header on your SendSite, it’s because this element isn’t editable directly within the platform.
Why the hero header can’t be changed
The hero header is part of your account’s branded configuration.
Most modern SendSites use advanced header formats such as:
- video
- slideshows
- custom-sized hero images
These require specific formatting and setup to display correctly across different layouts and devices.
How to update your hero header
Because of this, hero headers are managed by Customer Success rather than edited directly in the platform.
Fix: Contact Customer Success to request an update to your hero header.
What to include
To speed things up, include:
- the image or video you’d like to use
- any preferences for layout or presentation
Customer Success will ensure it’s formatted and configured correctly.
