Why can’t I connect to Delphi and how to fix it
Updated April 2026
The most common reasons a Delphi connection fails and what to check before contacting support.
If you’re unable to connect to Delphi, it’s usually related to authentication or how your Salesforce account is configured.
Authentication is controlled by your Salesforce administrator
Salesforce no longer allows individual user authentication for integrations like this. Instead, access is controlled at the account level by your Salesforce administrator.
If your account has not been approved or configured correctly, the connection will fail.
Fix: Contact your Salesforce administrator to confirm that SendSites is authorized and that your user has the correct access.
Check your login details
If authentication is set up correctly, a failed connection may be due to incorrect credentials.
Fix: Confirm that your username and password are correct before attempting to connect again.
Check your connection status
You can view your connection status in your profile.
Fix: Open your profile and check whether your Delphi connection is active. If needed, try reconnecting from there.
What to do next
If you’ve worked through the steps above and still can’t connect, the issue is likely related to account configuration or a technical integration detail.
These issues require assistance from Customer Success.
If you’re still unable to connect to Delphi, contact Customer Success and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
