How to reset your password

How to reset your password when logged in.

  • Click on the headshot image in the upper left hand corner to access your profile settings.
  • When you are in My Profile settings, click on the blue Change Login Password button in the upper right hand corner.
  • Type and re-type the new password you want and click Save.

How to reset your password when logged out.

  • From the SendSites login screen, click on the forgot your password.
  • Type in your email and hit Submit.
  • An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
