How to import room blocks into SendSites from Amadeus
Connect Amadeus/Delphi (Sales & Catering) and Import a Room Block or Agenda into SendSites
Step 1 — Connect SendSites to Delphi (one-time)

In SendSites, go to Profile → Settings →

Click Connect to Delphi FDC.

A Salesforce window opens. Sign in with your work credentials.

Allow the requested, read-only access and approve via MFA if prompted.

Back in SendSites, the status shows Connected (your org name). You can Disconnect anytime.
Security snapshot: SendSites uses OAuth and stores only the content you choose to import into a proposal. There is no automatic sync and no write-back to Salesforce/Delphi.
Step 2 — Start (or edit) a proposal

Create a new proposal from a template or edit an existing one.

Navigate to the section where you want data:

Rooms & Dates / Room Block

Agenda / Itinerary / Schedule

Step 3 — Find your booking

Click Import → Amadeus/Delphi.

Select the booking record.
Step 4 — Choose what to import

In the import modal, select the components you need:

Room Block
-
Agenda / Functions
-

Click Import. SendSites converts the data into formatted tables/sections.
Step 5 — Review, polish, and share

Edit any text, times, counts, or labels directly in SendSites.

Add images, menus, rates, or venue details to round out the story.

Save and Share your proposal link.
Updating an existing proposal
Need to reflect booking changes? Repeat Import → choose Replace existing or Add as new (depending on the section). There’s no auto-refresh—you’re always in control.
Troubleshooting

“Connect” button is grayed out
Try again to connect. Contact SendSites support@sendsites.com if you do not remain connected.

Stuck in a Salesforce login loop
Allow pop-ups for SendSites and try again. Clear cache if needed.

Can’t find the booking
Check your Salesforce/Delphi record access and status

Some fields didn’t appear
Custom fields/objects may not import. Paste details manually or contact Support to review options.

Connection expired
Go to Settings and click Reconnect (OAuth tokens can expire after password/MFA changes).
FAQs
Does SendSites write back to Delphi?
No. Imports are read-only and on-demand.
Do I need extra Amadeus licenses?
No additional licensing beyond your existing Delphi FDC/Salesforce access.
Can multiple users connect?
Yes—each user authenticates once with their own Salesforce credentials.
What data does SendSites store?
Only the content you import into proposals. You can delete pages anytime.
