*SendSites Referral Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Duration: The SendSites Referral Program ("the Program") will run from August 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
  2. Eligibility: To earn rewards under the Program, you must be a SendSites account holder or a verified partner. If you're interested in becoming a verified partner, please inquire for approval. The individuals or businesses referred ("the Referees") must open an account with SendSites within 60 days of being referred and not an lead with whom we are already actively engaged.
  3. Promotions: Referrers may combine the offer from this Program with their pre-existing discounts and promotions.
  4. Change or Termination of Program: SendSites reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. SendSites will not be liable in the event of any change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Program.
  5. Tax Responsibility: Promotional awards received through the Program may be taxable to the recipient. Participants in the Program should contact their tax advisor for any tax implications.
  6. Legality: Offers void where prohibited by law.
  7. Fraudulent Actions: Any fraudulent submission or wrongful or fraudulent attempt by any person to obtain bill credits, benefits, or rewards, as determined by SendSites in its sole discretion, shall give SendSites the right to deny such request(s).
  8. Non-transferability: Bill credits, rewards, and benefits earned through the Program cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned. Any attempts to purchase, sell, or transfer bill credits, rewards, and benefits in violation of these Terms may result in SendSites suspending, deactivating, or terminating the participant's account, and voiding the bill credits, rewards, or benefits, at SendSites' sole discretion.

By participating in the SendSites Referral Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
