Our story begins even before SendSites was born. Initially, we developed a sales tool called Sales Relevance, which became a significant asset for former Cable Vision in New York City. Their enthusiastic adoption of the platform which they nicknamed "Sales Accelerator," inspired us to broaden our horizons.
It was our deep-rooted expertise in luxury hospitality, particularly from our base in Vail, Colorado, that guided us to focus exclusively on this sector.
We identified a significant gap between the evolving capabilities of marketing tools and the outdated tools available to hospitality sales teams. This inspired us to create SendSites, a platform designed to empower hospitality sales professionals with cutting-edge tools that match the quality and speed of modern marketing solutions

Understanding the unique challenges faced by hospitality sales teams, we focused on bridging the gap between sales and marketing. Our mission became clear: to deliver a platform that elevates sales proposals, enhances client communications, and drives success for our partners.
Early Traction and Milestones of Growth
In ten short years, SendSites has evolved from serving three initial accounts—Sonnenalp Hotel, Vail Resorts NSO, and Manor Vail—to partnering with a diverse and esteemed clientele across the hospitality industry. Our early traction in the luxury segment allowed properties to present themselves in a way that communicated the exceptional value of their offerings. Today, thousands of users rely on SendSites to elevate their sales proposals.
One particularly notable partnership is with Viceroy Hotels and Resorts. Recognizing the value of SendSites early on, Sam Torgerson, Vice President of Sales at Viceroy, led the adoption of our platform across all Viceroy properties. This alignment between Viceroy's beautiful brand and the customizable, visually appealing proposals created with SendSites was a perfect match. As Viceroy grew, we evolved alongside them, enhancing our platform to meet their needs. Recently, Viceroy was acquired by Highgate, and we are proud to have been part of their journey, amplifying and complementing their brand every step of the way.

Our partnership with Simpleview Inc in 2020 marked a significant milestone, solidifying our leadership position. Simpleview, a global leader in CRM, CMS, website design, and digital marketing services for the tourism industry, chose SendSites to replace a traditional bid book PDF builder. This partnership has been instrumental in driving innovation, leading to room blocks integrations for citywide events and the development of live content blocks that display real-time 3rd party listings from the Simpleview CRM.
